Recruiting for ML and systems engineering roles with a focus on inference, infrastructure, and applied research. Most comfortable on a small-mid sized team working on R&D.
My work includes LLM optimization, retrieval strategies (vector databases, RAG pipelines, adaptive retrieval), inference acceleration, and scaling systems into production. I’ve also done robotics research on perception and control, combining vision models with simulation pipelines. My background covers both research-heavy work like SpecAdapt and product work like SiloRepo, and I want to keep building at that level.
